The students created a poster that illustrated the key facts of China: culture, government, maps, economy, attractions, flag, food, population, religion, and languages spoken, etc. Once complete they had to present it through a role play, game, song, etc. Such projects are an excellent way of developing public speaking and interpersonal skills along with expanding ones knowledge of the world. This presentation was very well done.

Introduction to China
We begin our unit on China with a short Multimedia presentation on the country. The presentation covered key aspects of China: culture, government, tourist sites, economy, geography, history, attractions, flag, food, population, religion, and languages spoken, etc. During the DVD presentation students had to take notes and afterwards answer questions on what they learned about China.

Taj Mahal Model
The students created a model of the Taj Mahal. When completed they had to discuss its history, development, and importance to India tourism through a role play, game, song, etc. Such projects are an excellent way of developing public speaking and interpersonal skills along with expanding ones knowledge of the world.
